In close collaboration with the WEF and the government of Myanmar we created the perfect platform for delegates to view the filmography, witness live interviews with key figures as well as receive the branded goody bag and press packs. iD’s contribution to the creative process went beyond the usual agency duties and included:

iD initially created the campaign under what, at the time, was considered a highly appropriate tagline LET THE JOURNEY BEGIN. The campaign spanned a several years and included many deliverables as well as the later adoption in materials of a new tagline in 2018 (Be Enchanted):

From 2012-2013 iD undertook three separate special features in association with the UK’s top quality newspaper, The Daily Telegraph which charted the progress being made at the time. iD was responsible for all the research, in-person interviews, copywriting, layout and design.

iD’s initial work on Brand Myanmar took place at a critical juncture in its history (2012-2020), at a time when hope and change abounded, and the path to democracy was being lauded by the international community. We embraced the opportunity to be at the forefront of the inspiring transformation of a country considered to be one of the world’s last frontier markets, and a nation with an immense amount of natural beauty to share.
