Data controller

Image Diplomacy Limited (iD), Ischia Court, 3B Spinola Road, St Julian's STJ 3012, Malta. Contact: info@imagediplomacy.com.

Data we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, organisation, role, region, subject, and the content of your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use this data only to respond to your enquiry and manage our business relationship with you. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us, together with our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the site secure.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We rely on trusted providers who process it only on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (email delivery of messages sent through the form), HubSpot, Inc. (customer-relationship management), and, only if you accept cookies, Google LLC (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager), Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel), and Microsoft Corporation (Clarity). These providers are bound by data-protection obligations under contract.

How long we keep it

We keep contact data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain an active business relationship, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Cookies

When you accept, this site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (to understand how visitors use the site), Meta Pixel (to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we run), and Microsoft Clarity (to see how visitors navigate the site, heatmaps and session recordings, helping us improve the experience). None of these run until you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time: see 'Cookie settings' in the footer. If you decline, only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at info@imagediplomacy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Maltese data-protection authority (the Information and Data Protection Commissioner, idpc.org.mt).

We'd like to use analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn) to understand site traffic and measure campaigns. They only run if you accept. Privacy Policy
